Being a family run business, and having been part of both local and national franchised driving schools in the past, we’ve had a lot of experience in what works and what doesn’t.
Established in 2005, One Way Driving School has grown to become one of the local areas most up and coming driving schools. We pride ourselves on providing a highly personalized service tailored around each instructor’s needs and objectives. Our website generates hundreds of pupil enquiries monthly thanks to our internet-marketing skills and the reputation we are building within the local community. As a result, we now have pupils learning with us from all over Fareham, Gosport and Portsmouth.
We believe that a happy instructor means happy pupils.
With this in mind, we work hard to ensure all our instructors are satisfied with the package and are fully booked throughout the year.

Not at all. This seems to be the biggest gripe within the industry.
Here at One Way Driving School you only pay for pupils when you need them! No catches! If you can generate your own work why should you have to pay us for the pleasure of having our roof cone on your roof?
You let us know when you need the work and we’ll send you pupils who can fill in the gaps! It’s that easy.
If we’re not proactive, we don’t get paid, so your diary requirements will get met quickly!
What guarantees do I have you’ll fill my diary?
We only recruit driving instructors when we can demonstrate an acceptable level of work. Unlike many other driving schools, we never recruit multiple driving instructors in the same area unless our existing instructors are overbooked and we are forced to turn pupils away. As a result – and unlike most other franchises – we are able to offer our instructors a two-way contract, where we guarantee a regular supply of pupils in return for a referral fee.
This commitment to you ensures that you will only come on board with us if there is sufficient work for you.
I bet you set some rules on how I run my diary?
Being a family run business, and having a young family ourselves, we appreciate a 9 to 5 job doesn’t suit everyone. That’s why there’s no restrictions on the number of hours, days or times you want to work.
